Refund policy
All products on weiwustore.com are digital music files (such as PDF, MusicXML, MIDI, and notation-software files) delivered electronically. We do not sell or ship physical items, so there are no physical returns.
Because digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, purchases are generally final. That said, we want you to be happy with your music, and we handle the following situations as described below.
1. Errors or problems in the score
If you find a mistake in your score or file (for example wrong notes, rhythm, lyrics, layout issues, a file that is corrupted or won't open, or a file format different from the one you ordered), please contact us at editionsdao@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. …We will correct the file and send you an updated version free of charge.
2. Refunds
We will issue a refund if:
the errors in the score are serious or numerous, or we are unable to resolve them to your satisfaction;
the product you purchased is not what you needed (for example, it was not the piece, edition, key, voice type, or file format you intended);
you accidentally purchased the same item twice (we will refund the duplicate order).
To request a refund, contact us at editionsdao@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, with your order number and a brief explanation. Each request is reviewed individually. Where possible, we are also happy to offer an exchange for a different key or piece of equal value instead of a refund.
Please check the title, key, voice type, file format, and preview pages on the product page before purchasing. For notation-software files, please make sure the file version is compatible with your software.
3. Not eligible for refund
Refunds are not available for change of mind after you have used, printed, or imported the file, or where the file has been shared or distributed to others in violation of the license terms.
4. European Union customers
By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has begun.
5. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed after your refund was approved, please contact us at editionsdao@gmail.com.
6. Custom orders and services
Custom engraving, arranging, and other made-to-order services are governed by the terms agreed with you in writing before work begins, and are not covered by the refund rules above
