Cancellation policy

Some items in our store, such as membership plans, may be offered as a subscription. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these purchases.

MEMBERSHIP AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
When you purchase a subscription or membership plan, you are choosing a plan with a duration and billing frequency shown at checkout. Your payment details are stored securely by our payment processor, and you will be charged at the interval you selected, unless you chose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. If you do not want a subscription to renew, you can cancel it before the next renewal date. Cancelling stops future charges. Your benefits will normally continue until the end of the period you have already paid for.

HOW TO CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
You can cancel or change your subscription at any time by using the link in your order confirmation email, by logging in to your account, or by emailing us at editionsdao@gmail.com with your order number. We will help you as soon as possible.

REFUNDS
Because our products are digital, the terms in our Refund Policy apply to subscription payments as well. Charges for a billing period that has already started are generally not refundable, but if you were charged by mistake or have a problem with your membership, contact us and we will review your request.
